Friendly staff and management, we were very pleased with our trade in deal. We have a newborn and they definitely took care of us to help get us into our desired vehicle as quickly and financially efficient as possible. Thank you again for our first family car!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. That’s why they get one star. Now on to the service. They were quick about getting back to me on what needed to be done. However after I declined the work I went to pick up my car and they wanted to charged me for 2 diagnostics. How are you going to charge me for 2 when you did everything all at once. A diagnostic is when you go over what is wrong with the car. Just cause there were 2 things wrong with the car doesn’t mean you should be able to charge double for it. If you did the diagnostic at 2 different times then that is on you not me. I brought it in and expected to pay the diagnostic fee of 165. However when you want to add on another 165 because you had to do “2” diagnostic then that is where you lose all my business in the future. I don’t care if you cut one of those fees in half. I expected one diagnostic and that’s what I was going to pay. However now because you want to charge me double you will not get any more service from me and I will tell everyone I know and can not to come here.

This location was behind on service techs due to a whole bunch of call ins as we were informed. There was a man that was getting an oil change the same time we were there for an anti theft device recall on my car. My car has never had any issues the man comes to me and stated my car had no oil in it and I know that wasn’t tire at all . When I left the location I smelled oil burning where it was emptied out at this location and when I said I was not going to get my oil done there I would take it to my oil place . When I got to the other place to get my oil done they told me that the this location had put a little oil back into my car . I’m very unhappy with this location and will never return to this location

If I have any problems with my car, this location is where I will be going! Originally, I went to the Austin dealership only because it’s closer to my home. The Austin location gave me false information and told me the wait for repair would be 4 weeks. I called this San Antonio location and was able to bring my car in the same day and talked to the friendly staff about what I needed fixed. Jonathan was so helpful! He answered all of my questions. I dropped off my car and the next morning we talked about his recommendations for repair. COME TO THIS LOCATION! Fast and efficient.

Great service! I have a 2023 Sorento and the battery went dead on me. I called World Car about 3pm and James said if I can get it going and bring it in, they’ll take a look at it. I got there about 4pm. They close at 6pm. He got it in and replaced the battery. I was out by 5pm. Awesome service! Thank you James and everyone else that got it done. My family appreciates you.

Was just getting some recalls taken care of. Walked in before my scheduled time and it took them 15-20 min to even acknowledge my existence. 2 other women were there getting oil change or some type of service and they were upset that it was taking them so long. Looked at the board of prices, seemed like more than what I’m used to. Was gonna ask for some additional services but decided then with all that going on that… no. They finally got me in, said it should be quick and only take about an hour. 2 and a half hours later get the call it’s ready while I’m on the way to pick up the kids. Go back to pick it up and they spend 10 min looking for my car. They got the job done but just not great service. Can’t recommend.

Excellent customer service. Disappointed with airbags inspection services. When I got home I opened up hood to add windshield fluid only to find cap off, cover off, plastic screw off etc🤯 Definitely annoyed now I have to play mechanic and make sure nothing else is out of place or missing 😡 …

The man helping me at the desk was great. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to easily help me with making changes to the service in removing the battery/alternator testing, and inform me of the regular maintenance and inspections required for maintaining my warranty. When there was an issue with the printer not working so i wasnt able to get a copy of the inspection report, they comunicated it openly, informed me of the findings of the inspection, (didn't push unnecessary new cabin filters, huge points) and expressed empathy in a way that showed they cared. They were very kind and had a great attitude and demeanor, someone to keep around for sure and maybe be the model for future training. The tech who only aired up 3 of the 4 tires that were a bit low is a concern but I won't hold that against them.
